Transformers Encore #4 Starscream (2007)

04 Starscream is part of Takara Tomy’s Transformers Encore series which features reissues of original Transformers G1 Generation one toys made back in the 80’s.  These reissues of the original robots in disguise feature the original toys in retro Japanese G1 style Takara Transformers packaging.  Transformers Encore is a series of primarily Transformers G1 reissue figures from Takara Tomy that began in 2007.   These encore reissue figures come in similar style packaging to their original G1 releases and the toys themselves are very similar to the G1 toys.   Recently Takara Tomy has also released several Encore series of toys that feature Beast Wars re-released and remastered figures in the Encore line.
